Can I switch accountant mid-year?
Yes — most of our clients switch mid-year. We handle the handover from your previous accountant, including requesting professional clearance and getting access to your HMRC records. There is no need to wait until your year end.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing depends on your business type and the services you need. Sole trader packages typically start from around £75/month. We will give you a clear, fixed monthly fee after a free introductory call — no hourly rates, no surprise invoices.
Do you work with clients across the UK?
Yes, we are fully remote and work with clients across the UK. Everything is handled digitally through our client portal — you never need to visit an office.
What accounting software do you use?
We primarily use Xero, which integrates directly with your bank and our portal. If you are already using QuickBooks or FreeAgent we can work with those too.
How does the client portal work?
Once you join, you get access to a secure online portal where your documents are stored, deadlines are tracked, and you can message your accountant directly. It is accessible from any device, any time.
How quickly can you get started?
Usually within a few days of our initial call. Once you sign our engagement letter and complete ID verification, we can begin immediately.
What happens if HMRC contacts me?
We handle all HMRC correspondence on your behalf. If HMRC opens an enquiry into your tax return, we manage the process from start to finish — you do not need to deal with them directly.
